Raju Vegesna is an Executive and Entrepreneur who has leveraged his technology vision and leadership skills into a multi-decade series of successes in high technology industries. Most recently, Raju was the Founder and CEO of ServerEngines, an industry leader in network and storage convergence products that grew rapidly from its inception in 2003, with significant operations in California, Texas and India.
ServerEngines was acquired in August, 2010, by Emulex, and Raju joined Emulex as Chief Strategist, responsible for the company's strategic direction and evangelizing the adoption of Emulex products to key customers and partners.
Mr. Vegesna currently serves as the Chairman and Managing Director of Sify Technologies Limited, a publicly traded ICT services company based in India after having purchased a majority stake in 2005. Realizing the emerging potential for Enterprise IT business both within and outside India, Mr. Vegesna set about aligning the company’s focus towards the same. Sify is now recognized as a leader in the fast growing segments of ICT services, managed IT services, Connectivity, Voice and Cloud services.
In recognition of his entrepreneurial achievements, Raju was honored at the India Splendor Award event at UCLA in 2007.
Raju has proven to be a gifted entrepreneur, having founded multiple highly-successful startup companies. In 1994, prior to his current involvement with ServerEngines and Sify, Raju founded ServerWorks Corporation and, as Chairman and CEO, led ServerWorks to become the world leader in computer chipsets, commanding a 90% market share in the x86 server chipset market.
In 2001, ServerWorks was acquired by Broadcom Corporation for US$1.8 billion. Before founding ServerWorks Corporation, Raju co-founded and served as chief architect of Ross Technology Inc., where he spearheaded the creation of the HyperSparc processor, a CPU that was used by Sun Microsystems to create its first multiprocessor computer servers.
Prior to joining Ross Technology, Raju worked as an engineer for Motorola, where he created the microcode for Motorola's 68030 processor and the specification for the 68040 microprocessor.
Raju received a master's degree in computer engineering from Wayne State University and a bachelor's degree in electronics engineering from Bangalore University in India, and holds several patents and publications on microprocessors and multiprocessor technologies.
Philanthropy is important to Raju. Through his personal initiatives and his U.S. and India charitable organizations, The Raju Vegesna Foundation and The Raju Vegesna Foundation (India), Raju has undertaken an ambitious programs to address the availability of clean water and education for communities in need; several large projects have already been completed, and many more are planned in addressing these critical issues.

Kamal Nath joined Sify to drive Sify 3.0, the vision to make Sify Technologies a Services and Solutions leader.
He moves here after a stellar innings with IT major, HCL Tech. In his 17 years long tenure at HCL Tech, he has led various transformational engagements with large enterprises, incubated business lines, created innovative business models and opened up new and high growth verticals for HCL Tech.
Kamal was a Founder Member of HCL Comnet, the Infrastructure Services division of HCL Tech and has been a key member of HCL Tech’s growth story over the years.
His entrepreneurial style of functioning along with strategic vision, innovation and leadership skills has seen him play several roles across different business units of HCL. In a career spanning 22 years, he has accumulated in-depth knowledge of Systems Integration Services, IT Infrastructure Management Services, Technology Integration Services & Strategic Outsourcing.
His experience and engagement with customers of various verticals encompassing BFSI, Public Services, Energy & Utilities, Large Business Conglomerates, Manufacturing, Retail and others will be a key asset at Sify.

Vijay Kumar, a rank holder in Chartered Accountancy, is a Cost Accountant and Company Secretary.
He joined Sify in 2007 as the Chief Financial Officer and has been a key member of Sify's transformation into a leading Enterprise IT Infra and Services player.
In addition to his responsibilities as CFO, he is also a Director on the Board of Sify Technologies Singapore Pte Limited, National Internet Exchange of India (NIXI), Pace Infocom Pvt Ltd and Thejo Engineering Limited-the first company to be listed in SME Platform "Emerge" of National Stock Exchange (NSE).
He was a partner for over 7 years with Yoganandh & Ram, an established firm of Chartered Accountants, Chennai and registered with PCAOB, US, a position he relinquished when he joined Sify.
Prior to joining Yoganandh & Ram, he was employed with Sundaram Finance Services Ltd. (SFSL), Chennai, the Investment Banking arm of Sundaram Finance Limited, a top-notch NBFC that provides a wide range of financial services. His responsibilities during his 7 year stint included Head - Investment Banking, Head - Finance, Accounts and Company Secretary. He was Assistant General Manager (IB) & Secretary when the entrepreneurship bug bit and he decided to move to Yoganandh & Ram.
He is presently an empanelled Member of Financial Review Reporting Board (FRRB) of ICAI for review of qualified audit reports of enterprises referred by SEBI-QARC and the National Group of Standard Setters of ICAI. He also serves on the Accounting Standards Board of CII, the Task Force on Accounting for Rate Regulated entities, the Editorial Board of SIRC of ICAI and the Corporate Laws committee of ICAI. He is also member of several study groups of ICAI on Accounting Standards, Audit Assurance Standards and Company Law.
He currently serves as a Member of Institute of Internal Auditors. USA and is the Vice President on the Board of Governors of Chennai Chapter.

CR Rao was elevated in April 2013 as Chief Operating Officer.
He had joined us on 2nd March 2009 as Vice President - Strategy and was responsible for the Administrative and HR functions in Sify. He has over 16 years of aviation industry experience and brings with him rich expertise in Strategic planning, operational management and organizational development initiatives. He has extensively worked on Business development and implementation of strategies and processes that drive enhanced business results and improve organisational capabilities.
He practiced law from 1987-1989. This was followed by assignments with Delta Tubes Pvt ltd and an impressive stint with Bobba Aviation Services – GSA Lufthansa Cargo, where he held various senior positions.
CR Rao holds graduate Degrees in Law and Commerce from Andhra University and postgraduate degree in Business Administration from Osmania University.

David Nishball is one of the leading experts in building and managing Enterprise telecom operations in the Asia Pacific Region, having led the Enterprise segment for a number of global operators, joint venture companies, and emerging market operators.
He brings over twenty eight years of experience spanning various roles and functions in the telecommunications industry, including 18 years in the Asia Pacific Region.
Most recently, David was President of Airtel Enterprise Services from 2007-2010. Enterprise Services is a strategic business unit of Bharti Airtel Ltd., India's leading telecom service provider.
Prior to joining Bharti Airtel, David was a Senior Vice President, Asia Pacific, for Orange Business Services (formerly Equant), based in Singapore. He managed Orange's business operations in ASEAN, Japan, Korea, Greater China, India and Australasia. From 1982-2002, David held a number of strategic positions with AT&T and its related companies - where he played a key role in supporting and managing several global ventures. David was head of business sales and managed services for AT&T Asia Pacific. He also served as Regional Head of Concert Asia Pacific, a joint venture between BT and AT&T, where he led the global accounts sales, carrier services, and distribution organizations.
David was a founding officer of WorldPartners Company, a global telecommunications services venture between AT&T, KDD (Japan), Singapore Telecom and Unisource, serving as the Vice President, Marketing.
David holds a Master of Business Administration (Honors) with focus on Finance and Operations Research from the University of California, at Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and is also a Bachelor of Arts graduate in Economics with Engineering emphasis from the University.

Mark Ryder joined us in January 2017 as Managing Director – Europe to spearhead Sify’s expansion plans focusing on supporting European businesses requiring access to the growing Indian economy. He will pursue businesses that look at India both as a market for expansion and for its availability of skilled workforce and IT infrastructure.
Mark brings a wealth of experience from a strong background in IT and Telecommunications in companies such as Verizon and Level 3. He also helped build European start-ups Colt and Zayo (formerly Geo). Mark has over 20 years of leadership experience across Wholesale, Enterprise, Public sector and Channel markets.
Mark is responsible for building the European business to help Sify realise its ambition to be a global ICT services company. He is working very closely with the wider teams and leadership in India to support and enable the business in Europe.
