As the Company’s business demands increased, the customers needed to co-ordinate with their team members on a daily basis regarding the projects, updates, etc. For this purpose, they were using the traditional PRI lines to make outbound calls. The rates for the outbound calls were very high over the PRI Lines and hence they ended up spending a huge sum. They were looking for a cost-effective solution for outbound calling for their multinational locations across the globe.
Sify offered MPLS Voice Service, an IP based solution, for outbound calling for the various countries. Sify manages the service end-to-end and takes care of the bandwidth. This reduced their cost on outbound calls by 40%.
